Cancellation Policy



Cancellation requests are accepted only if submitted within 24 hours of making the payment.
Cancellation requests must be sent to:
Once the service process, franchise onboarding, or product shipping has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
OJIT ONE SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order or service if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.

REFUND POLICY



Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by the customer, or
Payment deducted due to a technical error and the service or shipment has not been initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

After the service has started

Once the product has been shipped
